Malta Master Retention Department

Job Details


The role of the Master is to act as the central point of contact and communication for the Retention Agents, towards the Customer Support Team, Back Office Department, Compliance Department and Brokerage Department, in order to expedite processes and prevent agents to deal with administration issues.
Retention Agents liaise with Master (and vice versa) for the following actions:

• Bonus requests
• Competitions
• Bank transfer monitoring
• Urgent withdrawals
• Withdrawal cancellations
• Flat rebate plans, Rollover discount, Spread cash back and Position insurance activations
• Trading account administration, e.g. missing documentation, login details

*English speaker. Swedish/Spanish/Italian speaking is advantage.
