Within this role you will be responsible for performing a variety of HR related administrative duties, including payroll and timekeeping functions, acting as first point of contact for employee queries, and ensuring accurate reporting and record keeping is maintained. Responsibilities will include:

•Processing payroll of employees across the group, ensuring accuracy and complete confidentiality;
•Monitoring attendance and keeping record of same;
•Administering HR related forms and documentation;
•Performing regular file audits ensuring records database is accurate and up to date;
•Assisting employees with all HR admin & payroll related queries;
•Orienting new employees to the organization, serving as a point person for all new employee questions;
•Compiling and issuing necessary reports and data logs;
•Assisting in the development of human resource policies, procedures and internal guidelines; 

Qualifications / Experience


•Minimum 1 year of experience within a similar role;
•Experience using Shireburn Payroll Software;
•Fluency in MS Office applications;
•Basic knowledge of Maltese employment law;
•Fluency in both written and spoken Maltese and English language.
