Technical Support Executive

Job Details


This role requires a good knowledge of ICT products in general, experience on technical support, solutions and information on our product range. You will be required to provide ICT Technical Support to customers at our office or customer sites. You will form part of the Sirap Technical Support Team 

Qualifications / Experience


Have a pleasant personality and a strong customer centric approach
Be smart, capable of working on own initiative and possess good communication skills
Be able to integrate well and participate in a team of highly enthusiastic individuals
Eager to learn and further improve your potential.
Sirap Ltd provides both internal and external training opportunities
Have good time-management skills
Sound knowledge of computer architecture and Microsoft OS and applications
