JF Services Ltd are currently looking for candidates who are interested in taking up the role of Call Centre Agent for one of their top clients.

The Call Centre Agent will be assisting in the handling of all customers’ calls/messages/queries through different channels.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Call taking - Answering customer queries
• Responding to customers’ messages/queries via Facebook; Web; Emails
• Dealing with complaints
• Any other adhoc customer care related work



 

Qualifications / Experience


Required specifications and experience for the post:

• Customer centric / focused
• Call Centre experience
• Positive attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts and willingness to learn
• The ability to work as part of a team / unsupervised at times
• The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
• The ability to think outside the box and go the extra mile for the customer
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – Maltese & English
