Our client is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Accounts Administrator will have various accounting responsibilities which support the finance department of the Company.


KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Accounts Assistant will:

Process or monitor the processing of financial, accounting and international payroll transactions

Examine, analyze and reconcile accounting and financial records as well as documents such as bank statements, dividends, budgets, loans, and others.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with tax, government and granting agency guidelines, as well as accounting, reporting and payroll policies and procedures.

Act as the resource person within the team and resolve ad hoc problems as required.

Perform various administrative tasks according to the needs of the department.
