Mansa Gaming is building a state of the art gaming platform using the latest technologies available.

The founding team consists of two brothers, with a successful entrepreneurship track record and extensive experience in the online gaming industry and the startup scene in the Silicon Valley.

Mansa Gaming is looking for a Senior Customer Service Agent to work with our exciting new online casino brand. The rapid growth of the business has created a wealth of career opportunities. Our goal is to now enter into the Nordic markets, If you are searching for a dynamic career with tremendous advancement opportunities then working for Mansa Gaming is your answer. You will be the first to be hired and the first line of contact for our entire brand in your given country. This is a very unique opportunity for a self motivated, dynamic driven individual who is hungry for success.

We are currently seeking one Senior Agent to represent Sweden, Finland or Norway.
 

Qualifications / Experience


Fluent in one of the following languages: Swedish / Norwegian / Finnish
1 - 2 years gaming experience
Empathy, ability to listen and come up with solutions
Good at multi-tasking and enjoys working on a variety of different projects.

Additional Information:

Full time position, based in Sliema seafront.
