Logistics and Administration Officer


Job Details

A logistics and administration officer is required on a full-time basis and will be working at a prestigious client in Qormi. The role will involve organising deliveries of products and co-ordinating with clients, agents, subcontractors and other third parties in order to ensure that the installation of the products are carried out effectively. The individual should be able to prioritise and also manage his or her time well at planning and working towards timelines and deadlines.

The applicant should demonstrate a very strong character when it comes to dealing with clients, installers and subcontractors and must be able to cope with pressure and deadlines. The job offers a challenge for those who like to keep busy and see the day fly by. The selected candidate must be trustworthy and show a willingness to learn, be a part of a team and have a long-term prospect of working in this role.

Qualifications / Experience

The selected applicant should have basic O'Level standards and should speak English and Maltese fluently. Individuals should ideally be in possession of a clean driving licence although the job is entirely office based. Previous similar experience is certainly a plus.
