Job Details


Duties include:
• Issue sales invoices
• Data inputting, filing
• Updating spreadsheets
• Handling phone calls, emails, registration of mail and perform office duties as necessary.

The ideal candidate should:
Be assertive, organized, diligent, great time-management skills
Excellent verbal, written and spoken communication skills in both Maltese and English
Have initiative, drive and a positive approach to work
Be accurate and reliable
Location: Zabbar 

Qualifications / Experience


Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
Have a sound knowledge of MS Office applications
Full training will be provided.
