Accounts Clerk


Job Details

Our client is a young yet leading organisation in the automotive industry with over 30 years’ experience. Job details are outlined as follows:

Data inputting of supplier invoices;
Issuing of supplier payments;
Daily reconciliation and preparation of deposit to bank;
Receiving clients’ payments and inputting of payments;
Carrying out general administrative work as required from time to time;
Supporting other functions as required depending on exigencies;
Supporting the Finance department’s continuous improvement process. 

Qualifications / Experience

Has knowledge, qualifications and/or experience related to such duties;
Is proficient in software applications (Kerridge Auto-line & Microsoft Office Applications);
Has an eye for detail and can work under pressure to meet deadlines;
Has a pleasant personality and able to remain focused and positive when dealing with clients and fellow-colleagues;
Is able to work within a team in a flexible manner depending on the requirements of clients and the Company.
