Looking for a long let (5+ years),UNfurnished or partially furnished maisonette / small house.
2 Bedrooms, For 2 people (mother and daughter)  and a well behaved dog. We are clean, quiet and responsible tenants, living in Malta since 1999.
Preferred areas - Ghaxaq, Gudja, Bahria, Bidnija, Mgarr, Bingemma, Gharghur, Zebbiegh,  Wardija, Limbordin. Other areas are also considered, just not in the city centers, somewhere outskirts. 
Small yard or garage would be great bonus, but not necessary. 
I need to move within the next 2-4 months so I can wait if the property is still being finished or not yet available. Thank you!
