CRM Manager

Emwys Ltd is currently looking for a bright and hardworking individual to join its team as a CRM manager.
The chosen candidate shall be required to:
- Take full ownership of our CRM tool and make sure it is used to its full potential;
- Create, execute and analyze our full CRM plan and optimize said plan using a data driven approach;
- Develop, plan and implement localized and segmented event-driven CRM campaigns, promotions and
communications through all available CRM channels;
- Work closely with the Casino Manager to make sure that the CRM cycle is synchronized with upcoming
events and promotions;
- Regularly create and present reports and forecasts in a clear and professional manner;
- Evaluate and improve campaigns for different territories to maximize retention KPIs; and
- Perform CRM budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications
The ideal individual shall meet all the requirements below:
- Fluency in English and preferably in Turkish;
- Possession of a Master’s degree or equivalent;
- Proficient computer skills, namely proficiency in MS Office applications; and
- Great organizational, managerial, communication and time-management skills.
