Accounts Clerk/Bookeeper Part-time

Evolve by RS, is one of Malta’s leading finishes company. We are involved in an array of local projects, both in the private and public sector. We are currently seeking to fill the below position:

Part-time Accounts Clerk
• Bank reconciliations
• Cash flow;
• Inputting of invoices and issuing of payments;
• General accounting & administrative work;
• Petty cash;
• Cash reconciliation and bank deposits;
• Assisting in ad-hoc tasks assigned by Accountant when requested and preparation of documentation requested from Auditors

Qualifications

Must have A-level or Intermediate in Accounting and/or 3 years experience in a similar post.

Must have a good command of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Shireburn system will be considered as an asset.

Must be fluent in English and Maltese.
