Assistant to Financial Controller/CFO

We are in search of an assistant to the CFO/Financial Controller. Job is for immediate recruitment of any nationality, with the required qualifications. Job is based in Malta on a full time basis.

Duties

Payroll and Staff engagements/terminations
Posting of invoices
Effecting payments via 24/7
Carrying out the monthly billing process
Passing of journal entries
End of month reconciliations
Assisting with monthly management accounts
Other accounting/admin duties as and when required within the remit of the position

Salary bracket would start at € 25k/€26k annual
