Vacancy: Part-Time / Full-Time / Full-Time Reduced Hours – Shop Sales Assistants
“Once Upon A Time” One Stop Party Shop is expanding, thus the management is seeking to recruit (PART-TIME) and (FULL-TIME) experienced sales / shop assistants to help in running the San Gwann outlet.
Being one of Malta's leading party shops, Once Upon A Time strives to offer it's clientele a unique shopping experience, with the best customer service possible, whilst creating a fun and friendly atmosphere for all the employees, by making the workplace a fun place to be.... After all it's a party shop
• Full-Time working hours are based on a very flexible weekly roster from Monday to Saturday, with a minimum of 40 hours weekly
• Full-Time reduced hours are based on a very flexible weekly roster from Monday to Saturday, with a minimum of 30 hours weekly
• Part-Time working hours are based on a flexible weekly roster as follows: Monday to Thursday from 9.00am - 12.00pm or 4.00pm - 7.00pm | Friday 9.00am - 7.00pm & Saturday from 9.00am - 2.00pm with a minimum of 20 hours weekly

Shop Opening Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 7.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 2.00pm
Qualifications
01. Be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English, whilst fluent in reading, writing and speaking Maltese will be an asset.
02. Be computer literate (Point of sale system, MS Office, Emails, FB Messenger)
03. Have own means of transport
04. Be willing to work on Saturday
05. Have excellent communication and customer service skills with an enthusiastic, outgoing personality and a can-do attitude.
• Previous experience in retail / sales environment and customer care will be considered an asset.
