SERVICE DESK COORDINATOR

We are looking for a smart individual to fill the role of service desk coordinator. The service desk coordinator will assist the service manager in coordinating service jobs related to IT equipment and IT Systems. the service coordinators main target would be customer satisfaction and revenue generation for service requests

Qualifications

Must have a degree in Business Administration
Must have sound knowledge of IT systems and equiopment
Must have previous experience in managing warranty claim systems from world-class manufacturers
Must have perfect communication skills
Must speak and write perfect English
