Job Posting - Experienced and Creative Bartender for a Latin-Themed Bar!

Are you a passionate bartender with a proven track record in the hospitality industry who loves the flavors and vibes of Latin America? We have the perfect opportunity for you to join our team for our brand new Latin-themed bar!

We're looking for a creative and experienced bartender who knows how to tantalize our customers' taste buds with exotic cocktails and refreshing drinks while getting them moving to the rhythms of salsa, bachata, Merengue. Do you speak fluent English and/or Spanish? And if you speak additional languages on top of that, even better!

As a bartender with us, you'll be responsible for creating and serving beverages, interacting with customers, and crafting a unique menu to offer an unparalleled experience. We're looking for someone who has a strong background in mixology, is passionate about Latin American culture, and knows how to turn every night into an unforgettable one for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating original cocktails and drinks that are both delicious and refreshing
- Providing exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere for each guest
- Setting the mood for our customers with a convivial atmosphere
- Managing beverage stock and inventory
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of a unique menu tailored to the Latin theme of the bar
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure the overall success of the bar

We're seeking a passionate bartender with a proven track record in bar service who's ready to tantalize customers with their mixology and customer service skills. You must be comfortable in a dynamic and high-volume environment, have excellent personal presentation, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

- Certificate food handling
- English mandatory
