About Company: Ellul Wines & Spirits is an exquisite shop which offers a vast selection of over 500-luxury wines, 250 whiskies, spirits and hand rolled cigars from all around the world.

Duties:
• Ensuring the drink order is made correctly and looks presentable for guests.
• To be aware of and strictly adhere to hygiene and drink safety standards as laid down by the Employer and legal requirements and regulations.
• Ensure that all drinks are stored correctly and at the correct temperature and delivery checks are carried out to the required standards.
• Oversee beverage operations and deliver superior service.
• Work together with the F&B team to organize, coordinate and ensure that events are held in accordance with brand quality standards.
• Any other reasonable request / appraisal target, as required by the Employer.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience
• A valid work permit
• Fluent in English
• Possess a Food Handling Certificate
• Clean Police Conduct
