• Ability to work under pressure;
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team environment;
• Available to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Follow all hygiene regulations (including HACCP)
• Must be punctual

Must be able to speak in English well (if s/he is not a Maltese nationality)

Qualifications

• Have previous work experience in a similar role.
