CCTV Installer / Cleaner

We are currently looking for skilled CCTV Installers and Cleaners to join our team. Responsibilities include:

For CCTV Installers:

- Conduct site assessments to determine the optimal locations for CCTV cameras based on security requirements.
- Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs, and associated equipment according to industry standards and client specifications.
- Run and terminate wiring and cabling for CCTV systems, ensuring neat and concealed installations.
- Conduct thorough testing of CCTV systems to ensure proper functionality, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Perform upgrades and software updates to enhance the performance of existing CCTV systems.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and any maintenance or repairs performed.
- Provide basic training to clients on how to use and maintain their CCTV systems.

For Cleaners:

- Cleaning and maintaining designated areas, such as offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
- Emptying trash cans and recycling bins.
- Replenishing supplies, such as soap and paper towels.
- Reporting any maintenance issues to management.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Know how to communicate in the English language.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be willing to learn and work as part of a team.
- Persons applying for CCTV Installer should possess a clean driving licence.
