Accounts Clerk
AtoZ Electronics
• Posting to Nominal Ledger
• Checking and processing invoices and purchase orders;
• Reconciling all necessary accounts including bank and supplier;
• Issuing customer statements and monitoring customer accounts;
• General payroll functions;
• Participating in stock-taking
• Assisting in month-end reporting procedures;
• Filing and general administrative tasks;
• Liaising with other departments/customers/vendors.
Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Comfort working within a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent task management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Word is a must
• Experience working in such an environment (considered an asset)
