Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation, ensuring our guests enjoy an unforgettable dining experience.
• Assist with food preparation, ensuring ingredients are ready for cooking and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, always adhering to health and hygiene regulations.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and stored correctly.
• Support inventory management by receiving, organizing, and storing food supplies.
• Engage with our customers, taking orders and providing excellent service with a smile.
• Work closely with the food truck team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Show initiative in taking on various kitchen roles as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; we value a willingness to learn and a passion for food.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Well-groomed appearance and adherence to our food truck's uniform policy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our mobile business.
