Summary of Functions:
Provide efficient and effective cleaning support to the company, including ensuring that the security and general appearance of the building and surroundings are maintained in accordance with the required standards.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Aid and assist in the daily duties and requirements of the department.
• Maintain a high level of product quality and performance in his/her work,
• Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment.
• Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
• Carry out work as instructed or directed by superiors
• Maintain a high level of efficiency in the performance of his/her duties.
• Observe all company rules and regulations,
• Observe all HACCP product and environment rules and report to superiors any practice or products which are not according to HACCP rules,
• Carrying out work safely and responsibly,
• Provides direction for all day-to-day operations.
• Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
• Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
• Serving as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
• Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees.
• Ensure that the area within his/her responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed
• Make the Company’s values and management principles live in the department
• Be flexible and able to work in other departments.
• Maintain a high level of personal hygiene, be well groomed and wear clean uniform.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Good command of written and spoken English and numerical skills.
• Exercise good control, co-ordination and communication with other employees
