Administrative and Operations Assistant

- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
- Assist in the coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Help maintain and organize company files, records, and databases.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the office and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Previous experience is a plus.
