Qualifications

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service:** Greet customers warmly, offer assistance, and provide knowledgeable information about our glass products.
- **Sales:** Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, showcase products, and close sales.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge about our product offerings, including specifications, materials, and care instructions.
- **Merchandising:** Assist in the display and arrangement of products to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment.
- **Inventory Management:** Help track stock levels, perform inventory counts, and assist with restocking shelves as needed.
- **Sales Transactions:** Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance:** Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- **Skills:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage and connect with customers, basic math skills for handling transactions.
- **Attributes:** Enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- **Physical:** Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
- **Availability:** Must be available to work weekends and flexible hours during the week.
