Applications are invited for persons with very good organizational skills to fill in the post of Administration Clerk within the administration office of our shops.
The main purpose of this job is to support daily operations of the company and administrative/clerical tasks
in order to keep the business processes organized and up to date. Also, assist in and keep the office in a productive environment and a smooth workflow by performing clerical tasks such as sorting and distributing files,
assist other staff members from the management department.
* Prepare and track purchase orders and invoices and insert them into the system.
* Manage phone calls, mails, and messages as needed.
* Assist in making accounts receivables and establishing payment terms.
* Responding to business inquiries from suppliers or operations managers.
* Maintain databases and filing systems.
