TORO TORO RESTAURANT LTD is a steakhouse restaurant and represents Latin American culinary diversity in the hospitality industry.

We are looking for a Senior Server with a passion for hospitality and a drive for excellence to oversee and operate our well-established and highly-acclaimed restaurant, TORO TORO at Mercury Tower by Zaha Hadid Architects.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Server specializing in Latinoamerican cuisine to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Senior Server focusing on Latinoamerican Specialty Cuisine, you will play a pivotal role in delivering authentic flavors and exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
*Train and mentor new servers on restaurant policies, menu items, and service standard
*Assist in creating and managing server schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
*Resolve conflicts among staff or between staff and customers, maintaining a positive work environment.
*Ensure all food and beverages meet our quality standards before being served.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
*Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant.
*Previous leadership or supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
*Proficiency with restaurant POS systems.
*Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
*Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive attitude.
*Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
*High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or culinary education is a plus
*Food Handler’s Permit or ServSafe certification; alcohol service certification is a plus.
