Our Payment & Clearing team is seeking a dynamic and dedicated team member to unleash its full potential and reach new heights. As a Payment Clearing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of transactions, supporting merchants and customers, and maintaining the integrity of our payment systems.
Responsibilities:
• Offer timely online support to customers, addressing their queries and issues efficiently.
• Consistently monitor all approved and declined transactions and assist call centres in improving success rates.
• Design and deliver accurate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring all payment files undergo relevant checks and controls.
• Proactively assess the clearing landscape, keep track of regulatory developments, and make recommendations based on analysis.
• preparing and execute training programs related to the implementation of new payment solutions and new markets.
• reporting and assessing technical issues to the relevant teams.
• managing communications with the internal and external technical providers.

Qualifications

Requirements:
• 1+ years in a similar role, preferably in a company dealing with online payments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience in conducting presentations.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and web search skills.
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
• Strong analytical and training skills.
• Flexible and open to change, able to adapt to shifting priorities effectively.
• English is a must, Spanish speaker is a plus.
