Are you an experienced real estate agent or a motivated individual seeking an opportunity to excel in the dynamic field of real estate? FocusLetting Gzira Real Estate Office is looking for a Showing Agent to join our small, highly efficient team. With nearly a decade of experience in the Maltese Real Estate Market, we offer one-to-one training, quality leads, and a supportive working environment to help you succeed in this rewarding industry.

What We Provide:
• One-to-one training course
• Weekly access to 50-60 high-quality property listings concentrated in Gzira, Sliema, and Msida
• A friendly and collaborative small team
• Quality leads to boost your success
• Highly effective working methods (an opportunity to close 2 deals per week)
• Assigned property listings, eliminating the need for cold calls
• A fixed monthly income of 1000 euros plus a competitive commission structure
• Flexibility in employment type (employee contract or self-employed status, open for discussion)
• Potential earnings ranging from 3000 to 4500 euros

Your Duties: As a Showing Agent, your primary responsibilities will focus on the latter part of the sales process, enhancing sales and effectively managing our listings. Your duties will include:
• Advertising properties to attract potential buyers and renters
• Generating new leads to expand our client base
• Conducting property showings to showcase our listings
• Assisting in closing property deals
• Build Relationships: Establish strong and lasting relationships with clients by demonstrating professionalism, knowledge, and excellent customer service.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with local real estate market trends, new listings, and changes in property values to provide accurate information to clients.

Your working hours will include daytime office hours and viewing appointments in the evening, typically around 6-7 PM.
Requirements:
• A professional, self-driven, and highly motivated personality
• A target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in a competitive field or real estate
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
• Ability to handle stress effectively
• Resilience and the capacity to manage and learn from failure


Preferences (but not mandatory):
Possession of your own transportation or a valid driver's license
Existing real estate license
