Key Responsibilities:
•? ?Bookkeeping and Records Tracking: Maintain accurate financial records, track expenses, and manage invoices.
•? ?Appointment System Management and Customer Support: Oversee the scheduling system, manage appointments, and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
•? ?Social Media and Community Management: Handle our social media accounts, engage with our online community, and promote our services through various digital platforms.
•? ?Campaign Manager for Latin American Market: Develop and execute marketing campaigns specifically targeting the Latin American market.
•? ?Spanish and English Speaker: Communicate effectively with clients and team members in both Spanish and English.
•? ?Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on salon operations, financial status, and marketing performance.
