Reporting to the Shift Leader, the main responsibilities in these posts will include:

• To ensure production output of Flex Cells is achieved;
• Co-ordinate the employees activity to maximize machine output;
• To perform minor interventions on the Flex Cells;
• Ensure that Flex Cells are operational at all times;
• Be the point of reference to the Shift Leader.

• Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills;
• Have a good understanding of the English language;
• Possess leadership characteristics.
