Reservation & Sales Supervisor

As the Reservations and Sales Supervisor, the role is pivotal in managing
reservation inquiries while maintaining positive relationships with travel agents and customers. You will ensure accurate data
management within the reservation system and facilitate seamless
communication with various hotel teams to fulfil guest requirements.

Qualifications

A minimum of two years of experience working in a hotel environment
Proficiency in using a hotel Property Management System (PMS)
Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role
Demonstrated experience in managing the guest journey, from initial inquiry to price negotiation and contract negotiation
Familiarity with liaising and collaborating with agencies through booking platforms
Knowledge of assisting in the day-to-day operations of a reservations or
reception team
