Guest Service Agent

The role holder is responsible for managing the front-of-house and handling reservations, during scheduled shifts, to quality, customer care and profitability against Company Standards and Procedures. The role holder is expected to provide professional and efficient service standards to all guests and visitors to the hotel, consistent with the quality criteria prescribed by the hotel’s management. The role is also important in being the focal point for So City Hotel. They are also expected to achieve sales targets through Rooms and Food & Beverage up-sale.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures is a plus.
Basic knowledge of reservation systems and hotel management software is
desirable.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
