Main Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Malta as Head Chef Role
• Fluent in English
• Experience in a La Carte restaurant

• Mastery of cooking techniques and plating.
• Previous experience in running a section in a busy kitchen.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A willingness to work in a supportive, structured environment.
