Junior Marketing Administrator

MAIN DUTIES
• To liaise with the Marketing Administrator to manage the information and appearance of the website.
• To assist in preparing the content of the website and keep it always updated with relevant stock.
• To take photos of new products for the website.
• To meet all work deadlines as instructed by his/her direct superior.
• To ensure that the web site is in line with company requirements.
• To prepare and amend layout, style, size, logos, graphs, charts, posters, prices display, prepare offers for the shops and website and all visual material as requested.
• To be responsible for organising and preparing the necessary products for photo shoots as directed by the Marketing Administrator. To keep the photo groups always updated.
• To develop and maintain the administration filing system in relation to Marketing.
• To handle orders / enquiries which are received via email, website, facebook or other social media sources.
• To manage the website as an online shop and keep it updated on a regular basis.
• To ensure a high quality/standard of work and service throughout.
• To perform any other administrative duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• An academic qualification is desirable for this position. Two years’ experience in a similar environment coupled with good knowledge of common computer applications used in graphical design would be essential for people to occupy this position.
• Must have artistic ability for drawing, design and layout.
• Must have an eye for detail.
• Must be creative and versatile.
• Must be a good listener.
• Must have satisfactory verbal and written communication skills.
