Chef De Partie

Seeking to recruit Full-time Chef De Partie. The applicant needs to have a good knowledge of how to use varies kitchen equipments, follow Franchise SOPs and follow recipes, with at least 2 years experience as a Chef De Partie or similar positions. Past experience in Steak House, Italian kitchen or International Franchise is considered an advantage over other candidates. Must be able to communicate in English, other languages will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- The employee must be fully aware of all preparation needed for the service to manage to serve all dishes on the menu.
- Maintain portion control in line with the franchise guidelines in order to ensure the food cost is observe food safety regulations and requirements.
- Ensure the mise en place is carried out in the allocated section the chef assigns the employee.
- Prepare and present dishes on the restaurant menus according to the franchise standards
- Ensure that all security and control procedures laid down are strictly adhered to.
- Assist with various cleaning duties as required.
Qualifications
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in cooking and food preparation (Pasta / Grill).
- Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
