General Maintenance Person

We are seeking an experienced and dependable General Maintenance Person to join our team.

Priority will be given to individuals already residing in Malta.

The ideal candidates will have a solid background in maintenance and repair, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC work.
- Diagnose and resolve issues promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Conduct inspections and identify potential maintenance issues before they become major problems.
- Assist in the installation and assembly of new equipment or fixtures as required.-
- Coordinate with external contractors for larger repairs or specialized work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field.

Strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
