Administrative clerk:
The selected candidate’s main roles would be:
• Sort, file, and maintain documents and records, both physical and electronic.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence such as letters, emails, packages, and deliveries.
• Photocopy, scan, and distribute documents as needed.
• Assist with maintaining and managing office filing systems
• Monitor office supplies and submit orders as necessary to ensure sufficient stock.
• Ensure that the office environment is tidy, organized, and functional.
• Provide administrative support to staff, managers, or executives as needed
Qualifications
The position calls for a smart, hardworking person possessing excellent communication and written skills in English. The applicant shall be well organised and able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively. He/she shall have good telephone etiquette, administrative skills and be able to work on his/her own initiative.
The candidate will have post-secondary or Advanced level of education, good computer literacy being well versed in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel.
Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in a similar post would be given preference.
