Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces for various occasions (e.g. weddings, events, holidays, funeral etc) assist customers in selecting the right flowers and plants for their needs providing expert advice on care and maintenance. Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers, watering and caring for plants, and ensuring proper storage of inventory.

Process customers orders both in store and online and manage delivery schedules. Ensure the shop is well stocked, clean, organized and visual appealing. Monitor inventory levels.

Handle cash register transactions and assist with general store operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a florist or in a similar floral design role is considered an asset. Strong knowledge of flowers, plants and floral design techniques. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
