Key Responsibilities:
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ice cream production machinery to ensure smooth, efficient operation.
Perform regular maintenance checks and repairs on production equipment.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations.
Assist in setting up equipment for production runs and ensuring correct calibration.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Identify and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain high production efficiency.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report any equipment issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a technician or maintenance worker in a food production environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of production machinery.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs.
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
Ability to work in a cold environment and manage time effectively.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
