Full time Receptionist/ Clerk

Description

We are looking to recruit a Full-time Receptionist/ Clerk to join our office in Zabbar.

Responsibilities:
• Greeting and providing assistance to clients.
• Handle incoming calls.
• Performing general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and data entry.
• Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders where necessary.

Requirements:
• Minimum O level standard of education.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English.
• Be organised and meticulous in their work.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude, having the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
• Computer literate and proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Must always maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Have a clean police conduct.

Kindly note that it is a job requirement that applicants are fluent in both Maltese and English.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 19:00
Saturday: 09:00 to 12:00

While relevant work experience is considered a strong asset, it is not essential for the role. Candidates will be provided with on-the-job training, have excellent career growth prospects and an opportunity for continual professional development.
