Job is for Monday to Friday, mostly Morning shifts.
Must have a Maltese Work Permit in Hand.
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team. This role requires an individual with a strong background in high-quality food preparation, teamwork, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute dishes to our standards
Collaborate with the team for smooth service
Maintain strict kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Support staff and assist with menu updates
Ordering and managing of Goods
Qualifications
3–5 years of kitchen experience
Strong culinary techniques and plating skills
Leadership and communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
