• Administrative Tasks: Process paperwork including picklists, converting orders to invoices, and ensuring orders are correctly sent to suppliers.
Qualifications
• Knowledge: Familiarity with birds, pigeons and other pets and animals is a plus and will help in understanding our clients' needs.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in processing orders and paperwork.
• Communication Skills: Friendly and professional, with the ability to make clients feel valued. The ideal candidate needs to be able to communicate in both English and Maltese.
• Computer Skills: The ideal candidate must be computer literate.
