We are looking for an experienced and organized individual to help with running our short term lets and by supporting the director with their duties also. The successful candidate will be able to take initiative, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
We hope the successful applicant will develop into the role and become an integral part of a bigger operation.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Director, completing administration tasks on their behalf, paperwork, helping them with general tasks and managing their diary.
• Manage and supervise freelance workers
• Manage and help develop an airbnb/short term lets business
• Take an active role in preparing and managing ongoing projects including real estate and online project.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, data collation & accounts.
• Maintain filing systems and databases
• Monitor and respond to emails and other communications including communication with clients, customers and other staff on behalf of the director.
• Manage and maintain IT systems for the director and in some cases the business as a whole
• Research and compile data for special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned
This job also includes working on developing different and exciting new projects alongside the director from time to time.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
• At least three years of experience in an administrative role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software programs • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
