Ensuring the smooth operation of a store or warehouse.
Purchasing Clerk:
Receiving orders from departments within the organization.
Processing orders and scheduling deliveries for supplies, materials, equipment, and services.
Maintaining company inventory in accordance with company policies.
Keeping records and creating reports regarding supply costs.
Negotiating pricing of raw materials, products, or supplies.
Personal Assistant:
Answering phone calls and managing correspondence.
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Making travel arrangements.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience is required in the similar field.
