Seeking to recruit an Assistant Chef/Sous Chef to work in a Chinese oriented franchise. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience with a deep passion for Chinese cuisine, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences. The Assistant Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of Chinese dishes, ensuring authentic taste and presentation. The ideal candidate must have a solid foundation in Chinese cooking techniques, and needs to follow Franchise SOPs and recipes. With a focus on consistency and customer satisfaction. Must have good communicational skills, experience with international Franchises will be considered an asset.

Qualifications

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in managing kitchen staff, including training and development
- High level of knowledge and expertise in food preparation and culinary techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure without compromising quality
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen and delivering high-quality food
- Experience working with Franchises and International cuisines.
- Familiarity with HACCP standards.
