- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Ensure that all orders are delivered promptly and in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and polite manner.
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Process customer payments, including handling cash, credit cards, and receipts.
- Set up and clean tables, ensuring that all dining areas are presentable and well-stocked.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, specials, and restaurant policies to answer customer inquiries effectively.
- Assist with the preparation of the dining area, including arranging tables and chairs and setting up utensils and glassware.
- Ensure the cleanliness of work areas, including the bar and kitchen space, as required.
- Handle special requests or dietary restrictions with attention and care.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, but not required.
