Operational Duties
• Implement regular preventive maintenance and cleaning operations for the sewer network.
• Respond promptly and effectively to sewer blockages, damages, and unauthorized inflows or outflows, resolving issues efficiently.
• Utilize technological tools, such as CCTV, for detailed sewer network inspections.
• Operate heavy plant machinery, including jetting-suction bowsers, for sewer maintenance and cleaning.
Health and Safety
• Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations at all times.
• Be capable of working safely in confined spaces, adhering strictly to all safety protocols.
• Comply with any directions from the Employer to safeguard personal health and safety as well as that of co-workers.

Qualifications

The Employee is required to be in possession of the following certifications necessary for the safe and effective performance of their duties:
• ATEX
• Cleaning & Maintenance of Breathing Apparatus and Escape Kits
• Confined Space: H2S
• Confined Space: Industrial Breathing
• Confined Space: Confined Space Entry
• Health & Safety Awareness & Use of Manuals
• Working at Heights
• Gas Detector
• Road Works Safety
• First Aid
