Greeting guests. Manage guest check in and check out processes efficiently .Handle reservations and room assignments. Respond to guest enquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities .Address and resolve guest compaints and issues promptly.Co - ordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are raedy for guests. Assist with concierge services such as booking tours and making restaurant reservations. Maintain accurate record of guest information and transactions.Ensure the lobby and reception areas are clean and presentable .Provide exceptional customer service at all times. Assist with special events and functions as needed.Monitor and manage guest satisfaction and feedback. Follow all hotel policies and procedures. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately .Assist with luggage handling and storage. Promote hotel services and amenities to guests . Ensure compliance with health and safetly regualtions. Participate in training and development programmes. Work collaboratively with other hotel staff and departments. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
