Available Positions:
Office Clerk
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Maintain office documents and assist with administrative duties.
Office Assistant
Assist with day-to-day operations, scheduling, and office organization.
Support teams with emails, phone calls, and supply management.
Secretary
Manage correspondence, appointments, and communications for executives.
Ensure smooth office operations and act as a point of contact for staff and clients.
Fleet Associates
Oversee and manage the scheduling and coordination of company vehicles.
Maintain fleet records, monitor maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
For Fleet Associates: knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management is a plus.
