As the HR and Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, and supporting various HR functions. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of our workforce and help us build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with staff to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
Assist with HR administrative tasks such as employee records.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends and HR best practices.
Qualifications
Requirements:
3- 5 years proven experience as an HR Recruitment Administrator or Recruitment Officer, or in a similar HR role.
Fluent English speaker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to ensure clear and effective collaboration
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of staff.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Familiarity with HR systems and Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
